Heating load calculation
according to DIN EN 12831
and
Calculation of hydraulic balancing
according to procedure B

DIN EN 12831 is the central standard for room- and building-related heating load calculation, which precisely determines the required heating output to ensure comfort at the lowest outside temperatures by taking into account transmission and ventilation heat losses, as well as heating outputs.

Hydraulic balancing according to method B is the modern, more sophisticated method that calculates the actual heat demand of each room (heating load calculation according to DIN EN 12831) and, based on this, pre-adjusts the valves to ensure optimal, uniform heat distribution and achieve maximum energy efficiency.

Funding opportunities for hydraulic balancing according to method B:

Funding is provided for all measures to optimize heating systems in existing buildings whose heat generators are older than two years and, in the case of heat generation with fossil fuels, not older than twenty years, with which the energy efficiency of the system is increased, such as hydraulic balancing or the replacement of the heating pump.

CK ENERGY CONSULTING supports your company in calculating the heating load according to DIN EN 12831 and in calculating the hydraulic balancing according to method B in order to achieve savings during operation.
